This is an Enjoyable Loop with the most Stunningly Unexpected Views Along Faraway Rock. The Trail is Nicely Carved and Moderately Steep. You will encounter a number of little ponds and lakes with no name as you progress toward the Skyline Trail.
Autumn Foliage was beginning to Glow - wildflowers were completely gone and so were most berries. However, the Brilliant Blue Skies over Stevens Canyon and Lake Louise were Amazing!! One of the most beautiful trails we've yet to encounter this year.
Upon reaching the Skyline Trail, I would recommend taking the trail to the left of the signed Fork which says "Paradise Lodge"...the other trail which mentions "Panorama Point" has a whole lot of UP heading towards the top of the Skyline Loop Trail. It's a matter of taste but, by the time we reached the trail I was preferring a short trip via Myrtle Falls and some Lunch on the deck at Paradise Lodge. Each to their own...;-)
On the way back, you can walk along the road and take the direct route back to Narada Falls...it's very steep and about a mile strait down but, much quicker than the route we followed to go around the Lakes et al
It's Beautiful ENJOY!
