I was desperate to see a bear before the end of the season and this trail came through with 3!!! What a glorious day with fall colors, beautiful lakes, and lots of creatures getting ready to hibernate.
mama bear and cub were before clover lake, the single male in the meadow (and even visible from the sunrise point view point once I got back to the top!) wildfire smoke got pretty bad about halfway through and was terrible back at the top.
hidden lake spur was a very worth the extra mile!
