Easy stroll on what might be the last pleasant Sunday for the year. Got to the trailhead around 9am, which was mostly full. There was heavy fog covering most of the view, but we were hopeful that it would lift by the time we got to the top.
The hike itself was uneventful - not too steep, well maintained, and easy to follow. We topped out a little before 10:30 and were greeted with a great view of the fog smothering the Sound and farmland. Oh well.
After a quick detour to Lily Lake, we got back to the parking lot (now overflowing) and away we went.
