Twin Falls — Sunday, Sep. 7, 2025

Arrived ~11am on an overcast Sunday and circled once and found a parking spot. Perfect hike for our 6YO mild-moderate hiker - lots of slugs, caterpillars, and mushrooms to spot. Agree the 0.7mile viewpoint is a good turnaround spot if needed, as the trail difficulty increases slightly after. Worth the 100 stairs down toward the end for the best waterfall view - the upper viewpoint doesn’t compare. There’s not really any turn-off spots for a long rest or bite except toward the beginning of the hike near the riverside. A classic 2-hour waterfall hike within an hour of Seattle!
