There are two trailhead parking areas, one of which has a vault toilet.
We ran into a mountains to sound work party at the no-toilet trailhead and they warned us to watch out for tiny frogs.... They weren't kidding! There were hundreds of the tinniest frogs all over the place. We had to be very careful where we stepped as they hopped out of the way. If you have frog fear, do not hike here for at least a while. Mosquitos made an appearance as well but weren't terrible. Other than the work party at the trailhead, we had the trail all to ourselves.
I am hiking all this month to raise funds and awareness for WTA so that the trails can be enjoyed by future generations. If you would like to contribute, any amount helps.
