Deer Park to Maiden Peak — Sunday, Jun. 29, 2025

Beautiful clear day! We arrived a little before 9:00 am and got the last parking spot in the lot. On our return back to the trailhead we passed a lot of hikers and there was at least 10 cars parked along the road. The trail is in excellent condition and snow free to Maiden Peak. Saw lots of deer and one marmot on the upper meadow just before the ridge.
