The trail was a little difficult to follow as you approach the lake due to many down trees. The trail really meanders around to find the easier way through, which can be a little disorienting. This trail could use a reroute to take use of areas that didnt seem affected by all these down trees.
There are a few lowland wildflowers starting to bloom and lots of fish jumping in the lake.
Road was very brushy, small slide that was easily passable unless you have a large truck and huge SUV. Road clear to trailhead.
