Trails weren't too crowded on a weekday. Hike via the Woody Trail to the middle falls was pleasant and pretty easy with mild elevation. The path from the middle to the upper falls was challenging but doable with switchbacks. Coming back from the upper falls, I stopped at lower falls and took the trail to Wallace Lake and back. Then, on the way back, when returning to the branch by the lower falls, I took the Old Railroad Grade path. This gave a good variety of woods, falls, and lake, with stunning views and a peaceful forest environment. The path to Wallace Lake was almost empty while I encountered maybe 30 people on the Woody Trail path from lower to upper falls. Total distance was slightly over 12 miles. Overall, a good workout and a healing hike.
