Still some deep snowpack and cornice hazzards to watch on the approach to East Baldy. The snow was packed enough to not require spikes -poles came in handy. Snow free trail from East Baldy to Baldy.
Lovely glacier lily and calypso orchid blooms currently.
An attempt on Grey Wolf would certainly still require more gear, ice axe, spikes.
