The river was roarin' at full volume. This was an ideal time to hike Twin Falls, but we might be back when it's hot for all the shade and flowing water this trail has to offer. Beyond the actual falls, which are down the first flight of steep stairs you encounter, the trail continued alongside a very loud and busy road and concluded at a service road in an anticlimactic fashion. But overall, this trail remains one of my favorites for its satisfaction of the senses; thanks to its abundant water sources, this trail is one of the moistest ones in this area, filling your nose with the scent of thriving plant life in the most satisfying way!
There were a few felled logs in the path, but nothing posing a struggle.
