Arrived about 10 AM on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend under clear blue skies, and the trailhead parking lots were pretty crowded. Part of this was due to two parties who had set up tents and other camping gear in the parking lots, and those two groups alone probably took up about a third of the parking areas.
Saw a few people more than normal on the hike, but it was still relatively quiet on the trail. The trail itself was in pretty good shape, with just one easy-to-navigate deadfall, and a short section of snow near the peak, which didn't pose any significant challenges.
Great views from the top; a few wildflowers were just starting to peek out along the trail.
As always, the descent back to the car was an intense workout on the quads- still feeling it a bit two days later.
