Didn't have any problems with parking around 4, but the trail was definitely popular!
Despite the slight drizzle the trail to the falls was pleasantly dry, with only one or two slightly muddier spots. It felt like a rain poncho was the hot ticket item this trail and for good reason--you can really feel the spray from the falls! I was fine with just a regular long-sleeve shirt but it might be a consideration if you want to experience The Splash Zone.
