Patterson Mountain — Sunday, May. 11, 2025

I arrived early to beat the heat and hit the road for my long drive home after a great weekend outdoors. This trail didn’t disappoint. A steady (steep at times) climb to the summit. I chose the North Loop to the summit which was steeper going up and the South Loop to head back down. Wildflowers presented immediately and got better with each step gained! The views speak for themselves. The bathroom at the TH is clean but not stocked — like most, bring your own TP!
