Palisades — Saturday, Apr. 19, 2025

This is such a gorgeous spring hike! Got to the trailhead at 10am on a Saturday and only a few other cars were there, same when we returned mid afternoon. We hike 7 miles RT and the trail is in great condition. The first water crossing is a tag sketchy because the logs are a little unstable but we went slow and used walking stick and had no issues. The falls and creeks are gushing right now, the moss is so lush and we even saw a family of mountain goats way up on the rocks. The views would be outstanding on a sunny day, even gorgeous on a partly cloudy day
