The trail has been frequented by other snowshoes and was easy to follow for an out-and-back (but not the small loop at the end). My hiking partner needed to take off their snowshoes (technical difficulties) and so did experience some post-holing without them.
As noted by other reports, there were several trees across the path; these were not difficult to cross.
