Gillette Lake and Greenleaf Overlook — Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025

Trail was in great condition! A little frozen muddy patches in the beginning when had mostly melted to regular mud matches on my way back to the car. The trail does go through some clear cuts, and I almost wish I had brought sunscreen or a hat with a brim. With the chilly, sunny days we’ve been having, I got very slightly sunburned!

Went on a Saturday mid morning and there were very few people on the trail with me.
