Manastash Ridge - Boy Scout Trail — Friday, Jan. 17, 2025

We hiked up the Boyscout Trail until the first fork to the right. That took us up to the Prater and Sunset Trail. Snow was well packed and trail was easy to follow. We were able to hike a lollipop loop by heading up the Sunset Trail that was marked and just following until it circle back on itself.

Micro spikes were necessary and snowshoes would have been fun, but we stuck to the trail so we didn’t need them.

No mud anywhere and a great little hike with big views of the mountains.
