Hiked 1 hour+ with a toddler who didn't want to hike. We used this stop to stretch our legs out on a day of lots of driving. Trails well maintained. We didn't make it to the beach so if you don't go to the beach, there isn't much to write home about for the wooded part of the hike IMO.
The highlight for my kiddo was seeing horses arrive at the trail head at the same time as us.
