To anyone that might be hiking these trails, I lost a few items out of my pack on a 3 night backpacking trip on a section of the wonderland trail:
a dark silver size 37 left eva Birkenstock sandal
a sea to summit spork
a Tombow Fudenosuke pen

Other than that: expect pretty much full snow from the tarn below panhandle gap until hitting the ridge just above Indian bar. We did not bring ice axes, but some of our party wished they had one on the ascent to panhandle gap. We all had tall boots, mircospikes and poles for snow stability, but many people we ran into went spike-less and even without poles. The boot pack is very good and well established the most of the way, however. The bugs are bad but the flowers are good!
