Arrived to the Heybrook Ridge trailhead around 8:00 AM Saturday, only one other car in the lot. There’s a honey bucket at the trailhead.
Took about 40 mins from Heybrook Ridge trailhead to the Bridal Falls viewpoint where I stopped for a quick break before continuing on my journey to Heybrook Lookout.
Joined up with the Heybrook Lookout trail around 9:15 AM and continued the short but steep climb up to the Lookout, arriving around 9:30 AM.
Make note of the Heybrook Trail connection, it’s easy to miss on the way back down. I was back on the Heybrook Ridge trail shortly after 10 AM and for the most part had it to myself again. Stopped back at the Bridal Falls viewpoint a second time around 10:30 AM for another break before making the trek back down, arriving back at the ridge trailhead around 11:15 AM. It was a beautiful day!
