Stopped to see Jefferson Creek falls, and this trail is adjacent to the falls. There was a fire here a few years ago, and the forest if beginning to emerge from that. The trail has not seen a lot of traffic in the past year and we cleared dead debris and ruffage from the trail to the lake. This is a good hike for all ages, but is thin in some locations and the lake is no longe accesible from the trail. Lots of blooming flowers but no bugs.
