What a lovely trail! Well maintained and well marked. A beautiful winding forest trail with boardwalks, ferns, tall trees near the water.
There were several muddy spots easy to navigate around with dry feet.
I ran this trail at 7:00 am on a Saturday. I was the only person there.
This would be a perfect leisurely hike as well, with interpretive signs and deep forest moss and ferns.
Skunk cabbage blooming and forest floor coming to life with fresh growth and singing birds.
