Rattlesnake Ledge has been my go-to hike when I've been out of commission for one reason or another. It was my first hike after my hip was replaced. It was my first hike after that same hip was re-replaced eight years later. This time is was after my back was put out of commission - gardening can be hell!
The was slow, very slow and steady and I was passed by millions. I liked the new stairs (how new are they?). I spent about 30-45 minutes gawking and enjoying the mild temps.
Down was also slow and the thighs will remind me again tomorrow.
Nice day and not overly crowded for Rattlesnake Ledge.
