Came for the beach but enjoyed exploring the short trails for a bit in the morning to work up a sweat. I wish the trails were clearly marked, unless I missed a sign somewhere. It's difficult to tell how far up they'll go and where they'll come out.
The beach is lovely but there's so much kelp it's hard to tell if you're going to cut your foot on a sharp rock. I'll get wetshoes before the next trip here.

I can confirm from growing up at Seahurst beach that there are NO barnacles at this beach. it is just rocky and certain spots are sandy. Trails are overgrown from the upper parking lot towards Seahurst elementary. The trails on the north side of the park end up at The Apartments, one of them connects to Salmon Creek neighborhood but have never been signs. They are more of neighborhood access points to the beach.

I used the wrong name for whatever I cut my foot on then, my bad, I'll omit that. The rocks had sharp white parts that were like, connected to the outside of the rock. Whatever that's called. Hurt quite a lot to step on one barefoot.
