Starting from the east end, we looped around, keeping left, through forest that varies from wispy alders to advanced second growth Douglas fir. We went all the way to the west end and back. The understory was lush with trillium blooming. The weather was sunny and warm. There weren't many people hiking here. The east end has a decent gravel parking area. No port-a-potty at either end.
