added note to the one from 2 weeks earlier. There is a bulletin board at the tril head and it has arrows pointing opposite directions for the trails - this is meant for after the first 30ish feet, there is a "Y" in the trail - go left and another 30 feet you'll see a sign letting you know you are on the correct path. I followed the timeline and was there about 930am. trails is a bit muddy in areas but my trail runners were ok. We went to the river (about 3 miles down) and used that as a break area and turn around point. Trilliums are blooming and there is a wonderful green blanket of moss. We didn't run into anyone going down but coning up the trail started to get busy. With a break and stopping to let others by it was about 2 hours round trip.
