Lake 22, Lake 22 - Winter — Sunday, Apr. 11, 2021

Arrived at 9:30am to a FULL lot. Looped the parking lot 3 times before finding a spot I could squeeze into. I started on the trail at 9:40. I definitely was thankful for my spikes - there's a lot of snow/ice on the trail and the spikes kept me going! If not snowy/icy, the trail is pretty muddy and has quite a few "streams" across it. The washout at 1.7 miles is significant but a kind soul has left a rope to make the trek easier (THANK YOU). Some people masked up when passing - not everyone. Perfect day for this hike!
