Celebrated Thanksgiving this year with a leave-no-trace feast near the Sol Duc Falls. What a beautiful trail! No other hikers until the hike back, and then most wore masks (as we did).
The menu this year was:
Coffee, cheese & fruit tray, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, puff pastry filled with lobster and lobster mushrooms, duck confit cassoulet and of course a dessert tray!
An American Dipper bird came alongside and entertained us with his antics.
