Easy to follow trail. No markings except for the trail head. I like that it was covered in the trees until the peak so that you have some winter wind protection.

Ground was all crunchy ice at first and by the time you heat the peak, it was about 1/2 inch of snow. No special gear needed. Hiking poles helped.
Just 3 other cars at the trailhead all day. We all arrived at the same time (10am).
