June Lake — Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020

Great Trail!! New one added to my favorites. A little rough for my 3 year old, ended up backpack style carrying him most of the trip. But the Lake and the surprise 3 Waterfalls was a great reward! There was also a duck and a chipmunk for us to watch for awhile. It was a bit foggy and could have been much better views on a sunnier time, or day. Also, today the parking lot was very full. Just keep in mind you might have to side road park.

This hike is mostly uphill from the get go. Also, there are some tree roots and small washout areas, all are very passable and easily overcome. The down hike is very doable. Just like to share the terrain as well as possible.
