Arrived at Longmire on Friday at 11:45AM, started hiking soon after. Parking lot was nearly full but we found a spot immediately. Hiked to Devil's Dream Camp on Friday and set up camp, then hiked up to Indian Henry's Hunting Grounds that evening.
The trail is 100% snow covered at Squaw Lake and beyond. Snow is densely packed and easily navigable. Most of the sites at Devil's Dream are snow-free, but some are still muddy/snowy. There is ample water available at Devil's Dream as well. We spent two nights at Devil's Dream, did some exploring of the area during the day on Saturday (hiked to Mirror Lakes), then hiked back down on Sunday.
Don't feed the deer, they seemed way too friendly...
