The trail was clean. Near the top we crossed snow fields, they we melting fast and not difficult to cross. A couple avalanche chutes had to be navigated carefully but we were able to do so without poles. A couple hikers we crossed paths with reported seeing a black bear, we saw evidence of said bear but never saw the bear. We did see mountain goats. Overall it was a good hike.
