Great hike to Kelly Butte, was socked in, but this is short enough to come back on a clearer day.
As stated in the previous reports, there is a washout just after you pull off of FR 70 onto 7030, passable for most vehicles, just take it slow. There is running water over the roadway, just watch out for a few deeper ruts.
The few small patches of snow on the last mile to the lookout were well off of the trail.
