We came here for the gnome trail. Parked on the street on 281st I believe. There are no facilities here, so keep that in mind. This is more a less a big park in a residential neighborhood, at least that's how it felt to me. We followed directions on a blog to find the gnomes and had no trouble. Some trails are signed, but we would've had no idea where to go if it weren't for the directions we had. Trail is muddy in spots, but nothing you couldn't navigate around. Was glad I wore my hiking boots though. The forest you wander through is beautiful and like out of a fairy tale, what trail names we came across kind of reflected that. Lots of families and kids out exploring and looking for gnomes. Some places easier than others to distance, but wasn't a huge issue for us as we mostly had the gnome trail to ourselves for a good part of our visit. As we were heading back though things were getting busier.
Trail had a lot more gnomes than I was expecting which was a nice surprise. Our 4 yo had so much fun trying to find all their hidey holes and seeing all the different scenes. I would definitely recommend this trail for kids, not only are the gnomes fun, but lots of trees to climb, a few fun bridges to cross and an overall great time to be had in the outdoors.
