Sol Duc Falls — Thursday, May. 21, 2020

Olympic Peninsula > Northern Coast

Really nice day-hike.  Level and easy for most.

Trailhead parking area is easily accessible with plenty of parking.  Sol Duc report, ranger station and campsite were closed and fenced off at the time of our hike.

Lots of picnic tables on the way for spots along the river.

Hike is a breeze.  .8 miles to view point which is above the falls.  Trail continues for Deer Lake and others deeper into the park.

Ferns, moss and spring flowers were in full force.

Stopped for lunch with a Asian Grain Bowl that we mixed up at the falls.  Nice change up from a deli sando.

quick lunch
