Hiking Seawall Park

After parking in Langley, walk past the eponymous statue at Boy and Dog Park and down a few flights of wooden stairs. (Before you walk down the stairs, you can look out at the Puget Sound and Camano Island through the terrestrial telescopes next to the railing.)

At the bottom of the stairs, land on a concrete walkway that sits several feet above the pebbled shoreline, keeping you dry at high tide. There are several benches and picnic tables along the walkway for those who bring a book or lunch on their outing.

At low tide, take a few concrete stairs down to the beach, where you can walk quite a ways out along the pebble and sand.
