Hiking Antoine Peak Conservation Area - Lost Apple

The Lost Apple Trail is a .75 mile long connector trail that serves to connect trail users from the Arrowleaf Trail and the West Arrowleaf trail at Antoine Peak.

The trail name originates from the homesteading era grove of apple trees that grow in the lowlands of the valley between the two ridges.

Those out for a moderately short hike can enjoy connecting Arrowleaf and Lost Apple for an outing with young children or a new pet that would only total 1.5 miles.

Wildlife of all types, especially birds, enjoy the intermittent creek along the west side of Lost Apple.

It is very common to encounter whitetail deer and turkeys on the trails at Antoine Peak.
