Overview
Join us for a day of trail improvements and maintenance within Spokane's Iller Creek Conservation Area. Today we will focus on some brushing work to get the trail corridor in good shape to handle the snow load this winter.
About the Area
The Iller Creek drainage begins at south end of property and flows through cool, north-facing valley along lush riparian corridor close to the city of Spokane. The area provides white-tailed deer, Rocky Mountain elk and moose winter range and migratory corridor and a nesting area for Red-tailed hawks. From the south loop hikes are possible using the East Ridge, Upper Valley and West Fork trails. From the south the area is accessed by the Stevens Creek trail to Big Rock.

We'll have fun, work hard and make a difference! No experience is necessary.

The work will involve a lot of brushing back thick vegetation that will help improve the outdoor experience of hikers, equestrians and mountain bikers.
