This is a great hike - I like doing the loop up to lily lake and around which is about 5.5 miles.

A bit hazy today but still beautiful.

Trail is in great condition and lots of shade for hot days. No mud or roots on this route today, just a few rocks here and there.

Well signed, well maintained, with good switchbacks for the ascent/descent.

The trail was easy to follow, well-signed, and well-maintained.

Great hike for the morning. Arrived at 7am and was the 3rd vehicle. When I left around 9:30, lot was full and some pple starting to park on the road. As long as you aren’t 2Fast2Furious, the road is rough but passable. I did it in a Honda fit. A lot of dogs but 95% of them were polite.
