After arriving for our ferry way too early, we decided to quickly experience Upright Head Preserve. Being unsure of leaving our car unattended as the very first vehicle in a ferry lane, we instead parked on the west side of Ferry Road, just south of where Penny Lane starts. The trail climbs quickly for a short distance, and then slowly descends down to Upright Head Northern Point. We spotted quite a few chipmunks and other wildlife along the way. The view from the point was nice for a few minutes, after which we headed back to our car to get back in line. Spent about 20min on the trail.
