Backpacked into Snow Peak Cabin and used the summer route from Snow Peak trail head. It was 3.20 miles to the cabin and 1138 elevation gain. The first mile and a half are a steady up and then levels out to more of a easy up and down. Gorgeous hike in with the last of the wildflowers and wild raspberries. Follow snow Peak trail to trail 13 and take a right, the cabin is about a half mile and there is a sign right after water trough with a pvc pipe dripping water into it. Cabin was well stocked and only need to bring bedding, food and a way to filter water. Sleeps four and there is a outhouse. Endless exploring possibilities and trails leading right out of cabin. We Day hiked to Bald Mountain from Cabin.
