Arlington Airport Trail — Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017

Walked the full Arlington Airport loop trail Sunday morning from Bill Quake Memorial Park on the east side of the field.  Total distance is 6.0 miles with no vertical.  No trail issues - all junctions are well marked.  Lots of good views of the airport operations and big Glacier Peak to the east.  The non-native blackberries in the forested northwest corner are all ripe - a very nice mid hike snack.  A very nice longer walk and a beautiful day.  For those into a craft brewski after hiking, Skookum Brewing it is right across the street from the trail along 59th Ave NE just south of Bill Quake park.
