Mount Washington — Sunday, Mar. 26, 2017

Olympic Peninsula > Hood Canal
Mount Washington is a good alternative to a lot of the other popular places in this area. I prefer it to Mount Si for a lot of reasons. Today's hike was mostly snow covered from 2700 feet up, so spikes and good boots are required. A pole was handy and you have to jump over some overhangs crossing streams and such. Slightly avalanche possibilities towards the top but nothing really dangerous. Overall a good snow filled hike.

Oh I think you posted in the wrong mountain range. This hike is in the Cascades not the Olympics.
