Road condition: excellent with no obstacles.
Trail conditions: The trail begins by following an old road bed , an then turns into actual trail easily located along the right side, once hitting the trail the trail grade and bed are both in excellent shape untill you begin nearing the river then there's areas of encroaching brush in sections but posing no difficulty, at one point near the end of the trail there's a section thats been washed out from a nearby seasonal stream but its easy following and you won't lose the trail.
