The trail was totally dry, mud and snow/ice free! Of course, that was yesterday, so this trail condition is null and void as soon as it rains or snows! Still, it was in really good condition and baring a huge snow fall, will probably remain so.
The kids always enjoy this hike, it's a nice wide trail (old road) with lots of big rocks to climb on and beautiful scenery.
