Granite Creek Trail to Granite Lakes — Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021

Took advantage of the nice weather and made it to the lake. On this hike you will experience all the seasons and end up in a winter wonderland. Be sure to pack layers and be prepared for easy to cross snow on the trail. Also lots of water crossing in the trail so make sure to wear waterproof shoes. Hiking poles would’ve helped a lot.

We made it to the trailhead at 0830 and there was plenty of parking. When you get to the lake the trail was hard to find. Make sure you have the map downloaded. Pro tip, stay right and cross the rocks through the stream. Lots of water on this trail!
