Nice day out on the trail in the MF Snoqualmie Valley.
Found easy parking at the trailhead when I arrived at at about 09:30, and only encountered a handfull of other hikers for the duration of the 10+ miles and 5-ish hours that I was out in the woods.
Trail is in pretty good shape (no major obstacles), but the brush has overgrown it from both sides in many places. If it had been a wet morning, one would have ended up soaked walking through the bushes! I never did make it to the actual Pratt River, but decided to turn around after I was a little more than 5 miles in from the trailhead and the river was nowhere in sight. The old railroad bed was pretty cool though, and nearly the entire hike was in the shade surrounded by beautiful trees, lush vegetation, and a variety of wildlife. It's the end of wildflower season, berries are just about done, and the leaves are starting to turn. A very peaceful walk :-)
