This new trail in Clark County will always have a special place in my heart. Not only is it being constructed by volunteers, but it was Lola's first work party. Our Green Hats don't fit her little head (she's only 3 1/2 years old!), but her little bike helmet worked ok. She really enjoyed working with the saw and the loppers, but had trouble keeping her gloves on. Lots of snacks were key to a successful day on the trail! Thankfully one of our volunteers was the crew leader on this 1/2 day event so I could give her lots of attention and encouragement.
