Wanted a quick weekday hike to take advantage of the lovely fall weather, and this fit the bill perfectly. Arrived just before 10am to a half empty lot. The river was sparkling in the sunlight, but not much in the way of fall colors to catch the eye just yet. The ferns, however, were lush and looking properly prehistoric. Though there were a few wet and muddy spots, the trail was clear and dry overall. Got to the bridge around 10:30 and spent a few minutes admiring the falls, then meandered back, with a stop down the stairs to the lower falls viewpoint, and lunch break by the river. The lot was filling up with a few spots left by the time we departed around 11:30. A great leg stretcher to clear the head, Twin Falls is a classic for a reason!

The main parking area was almost full when I arrived.
The trails are in good condition with nothing significant blocking the main trail.
There are several side trails that can be a little bit tricky to navigate, so be careful on these.
Toilets were open, but you might want to hold your breath.
