To the railroad trail we go
Busy, green and flat

Beautiful day for a walk through the city! I started at Bloedel Donovan and made my way over to Memorial Park, where I had a snack and sat in the shade before heading back. 

It was a relatively quiet hike. Definitely plenty of people out walking and biking, but there were various points where I had a large section of the trail to myself. 

There are some parts with shade, but overall it's a pretty exposed hike with some short shaded sections from the tree canopy. The trail itself is in excellent condition, and is very flat. It was nice to get on a trail for a bit without having to drive very far.
